Image approvals are 2-3 working days after receipt of order/artwork.

Image approvals are an email photograph of finished Cap.

Additional Charges apply if a physical sample is needed - please email if this is required.

Delivery is approx 10 - 12 business days after image approval.

Preferred Artwork

1 – Illustrator Version CS2 or Lower (Line art/Vector Format). Any text to be converted to Outlines prior to saving.

2 – PICT (Mac) - JPEG – TIFF - BMP

3 - Embroidery Files Tajima Format (.dst)
